Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Microsoft 365 subscription?+

Yes, Microsoft Intune requires licenses (such as Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Intune standalone). We're happy to help you pick the right one.

How long does an implementation take?+

For most SMB environments we deliver a working setup within a few days to 1 week.

What if I want more apps later?+

No problem. Additional applications can be handled within your monthly management plan (Co-Managed or Fully Managed) or via a separate quote.

What is the cancellation period for a monthly management plan?+

The cancellation period is 1 month per user. You're never locked into a long contract — scaling up or down is possible every month.
